With over two decades of ministry experience, Melissa J. MacDonald brings humor, insight, and practical tools to equip leaders for sustainable, Spirit-led impact. She’s passionate about seeing the next generation not just entertained, but discipled—and about encouraging and equipping the leaders who make that happen. Melissa is the author of Discipling World Changers, and a foster and adoptive mother residing in Iowa with her husband and son. She brings both warmth and wisdom to every session and is thrilled to join the Evangelical Mennonite Conference for the Equip event.
