What is EMC Explore?

Previously called Discover Your Ministry Potential, EMC Explore will help you explore your spiritual gifts and calling, essential character qualities and realistic ministry expectations.

When is EMC Explore?

Explore will run during all three of the breakout session blocks at EMC Equip. It is expected that if you choose the Explore track, you will attend all three sessions.

Who is EMC Explore for?

Anyone who wants to grow in their faith journey and explore how they can serve in the church or in full-time ministry.

What do I have to do?

Before Equip:

  • Complete a spiritual gifts test (you’ll be provided with the link and access code) after registration

  • Ask two other individuals who know you well to complete a short questionnaire about you

At Equip:

  • Attend the three Explore sessions:

    • More details coming!

  • Have the opportunity to have a conversation with a conference leader to talk about your journey.

After Equip:

  • Take some time to read through the book you’ll receive at Equip.

Why is there an extra fee?

  • The Explore track includes an additional $10 fee to cover the cost of the spiritual gifts test and the book you will receive at the event.
